Comprehensive Needs Assessment

As part of the quoting process, we provide a comprehensive review of all of your insurance polices, detailed analysis of your organization's loss information and visit many of your organization's locations. We will review your organization's policy and procedure manuals and ask you many questions.  This will allow us to articulate the methodology used to maintain the safety and well being of clients, employees and  volunteers. We are often able to negotiate expanded coverage at a competive price as a result of this detailed analysis. It is our goal to provide a consultative approach and to develop a cost-effective, realistic insurance program that involves both the purchase of insurance and incorporation of various risk management techniques.

Establish An Ongoing Service Plan

At the time that we present a proposal for your property and liability insurance, we will also provide a service plan tailored to your needs, so we are able to monitor your insurance program throughout the year. We regularly review loss information on all lines of coverage that are placed through our office, with an emphasis on workers compensation claim review. By reviewing workers compensation loss runs at appropriate intervals, we can analyze trends and monitor reserves which will hopefully reduce the experience modification.
